OUR GOAL IS YOUR REPEAT BUSINESS. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST MERCHANDISE AT AN AMAZING PRICE. With that in mind, we still have to have some pretty basic terms to keep things running smoothly. Please take the time to read the terms or watch them on YouTube if you’re not “the reading type”.
We do NOT offer Returns or Exchanges on our Wholesale merchandise (there is a ton of legitimate reasons for this. HOWEVER if you purchase an individual item off our eBay, you can return it! As far as Bulk Wholesale, please read the description and watch the YouTube video in each listing to learn about the contents prior to purchasing.
DAMAGED/ IMPERFECT OR MISSING ITEMS
MISSING: If your parcel arrives open / tampered with, you need to immediately take photos showing the tampering; we need these photos to file a claim with the mail carrier. Please email us (WorldsSexiestWholesale@Yahoo.com) the images and provide a list of missing contents. If possible, please ask your carrier to NOTE on the Tracking Number that the parcel arrived opened / tampered with / damaged.
If your parcel has not been tampered with but you still believe something is missing, PLEASE re-watch the YouTube video that corresponds to your purchase; you can easily locate the video by typing the Lot number into YouTube (example: "#5569". It is exceptionally rare for an item to go missing; as soon as we are done filming the YouTube video we count the merchandise to make the listing. The merchandise is boxed as it is counted. The box is then sealed and shelved. PLEASE be sure something is truly missing. If you cannot locate a small item, please look inside packaging material and inside other merchandise, such as bags. We often place tiny items inside larger items to minimize space for shipping. Fragile items are usually wrapped with newspaper / tissue paper or bagged. We do not offer credits for items that have been accidentally thrown away by buyers.
If after taking these steps you still believe an item is missing, please contact us via email with the specifics of the order and what you believe is missing. We will then investigate the issue.
DAMAGED: We sell 2 main types of inventory; Liuidations and Store Returns. Every listing states exactly what type of merchandise is being sold. You can view the Type of Merchandise in the Description, located under the Contents section.
LIQUIDATIONS & CLOSEOUTS: We do our best to weed out any damaged merchandise. When we see that an item is noticeably damaged we VERY CLEARLY notate the damage within the product listing. However, when dealing with Liquidations and Store Returns it is possible that imperfect items may go unnoticed. Keep in mind the type of content you are purchasing. These items have been handled, tried on, often placed into “Clearance Bins” then boxed up and sold to us where we unpackage them (handle them) to create videos, listings, etc. Our point is that these items HAVE ALL BEEN TOUCHED by numerous people over time. While we strive to remove damaged items, it is possible you may receive imperfect pieces being that this is the nature of buying Liquidations. Unfortunately we no longer offer credit for damaged Closeout or Liquidation items. HOWEVER, there are ways to avoid damaged items; pay more and buy Factory Direct. The bottom line is, if you choose to buy items that have been on store shelves then you are choosing to possibly get an imperfect item or two.
STORE RETURNS: These items have went home with someone at some point. Some pieces will be imperfect but it is rare to get pieces that are unfixable. Usually the fix required is stain removal. Sometimes light sewing is required. Once in a while you will need to be creative to mend something. Store Returns are priced very low but the tradeoff is you will need to invest time. If you have money but not time, do not buy store returns; instead buy Liquidations or Factory Direct. If you have time buy little money, then Store Returns are great.
DAMAGE DUE TO MAIL CARRIER: Regardless of what type of merchandise you purchase, if damage occurs due to the mail carrier, we will not provide any form of credit IF you opted NOT to insure your purchase. Please add insurance! Insurance is cost effect and it’s a tax writeoff too!
